Greetings Laura , thank you for giving us this interview to our blog "Questões e Argumentos", it is an honor to interview you, for you as being the year 2014 and what are your plans for the future?

Laura: I’m very happy to answer this interview for all our Brazilian fans.
2014 is a very positive year for Elvenstorm because our new album was released in September 6^th, we were really impatient for the release date because there was much delays.
But the wait worth it, Lars Ramcke (Stormwarrior) did a great job on it !

Actually we are working on new stuff, we already recorded many demo songs.

How was the worldwide impact of "Blood Leads to Glory"?

Laura: The record is quite well received by the metal fans.

It’s really motivating to see all this support from all around the world
we could feel a craze of the crowd for the new songs when we played No Compromise Metal Festival in Belgium with Crystal Viper

What is the current lineup of the band?

Laura: The band line up is Michaël Hellström on guitar, and Felix Börner on drums.
Felix was Lonewolf drummer before joining us in 2011
we just part ways with our bassplayer William Duclot, so the new one will be announced really soon

When will be the next shows? Talk the dates for our readers.

Laura: Actually, we have no concerts planned.

But we have some plans and we are fully bookable for 2015

How is the partnership with Infernö Records?
Laura: We have very good relationships with Inferno Records, we are working with since the very beginning and we are proud and happy.

It’s a very passionated and professionnal record label

Congratulations on the cover of Into the Fire from Savage Grace band, is a great cover, do you usually play other covers?

Laura: Thanks ! It was awesome to cover this fantastic song.

Generally we finish our gigs wih a cover. We already used to cover some early Helloween, Running Wild, Pretty Maids …

What are the main inspiration for the compositions of the band's lyrics?

Laura:We have various inspirations to wrote lyrics.

First of all we try to catch the feeling and spirit of each song
General themes are about true experience, courage, sacrifice, never bow down, and also mystical and evil stuff
The album title is very representative of the band and this record.. only blood and sacrifices leads to glory.

What are your main musical influences?

Laura: My influences mostly come from Heavy Metal and particulary german bands: Helloween, Stormwarrior, Iron Savior, Masterplan, Running Wild …
But I also find inspiration from Black Metal bands such like Bathory, Watain and Dissection
